In the Question/Issue section be as detailed as possible like some examples below:

Laptop screen has visible crack in the display, but does/does not display anything on the screen

Laptop keys on keyboard not funtioning or missing, but other keys on the keyboard function.

System does not boot, I have lights on power buttom or on the LED but nothing ever happens

I have no lights on my system at all and does not power on or boot.

If you are receiving an error message take note of the error code if possible and include it.

If the power button or LED on laptop is blinking a pattern of amber and white light note the pattern (2 amber and 3 white blinks, ex.)

How long has the issue been occuring?
