* Diagnostics fee is a set charge to diagnose component failure, and is a non-refundable fee.  Diagnostics fee does not include parts needed for repair or replacement installation. Diagnostics fee is waived if repair is approved.
 

** Replacement installation is for most standard break/fix components.  Some parts replacement can be slightly higher depending on exact component failure being replaced.  If pricing will be higher than listed standard price customer would be informed before repair begins.
